The OLMO Way is designed to provide you with an insight into what you can expect from a visit to OLMO Nail Studio, as well as answer your most common questions.

Quality over speed

At OLMO Nail Studio, your appointment may be longer than what you’re used to elsewhere. This is to ensure that adequate time is given to quality preparation of your nails, as well as the application of product. As such, the length of your appointment will be confirmed at time of booking.

We like to go that extra mile for all customers, so we will try our hardest to accommodate any request - big or small. All we ask is that you kindly contact us before booking your appointment.

Put our service to the test

Pick your soundtrack

We want each experience at OLMO Nail Studio to feel that it’s your own. As such, when you book your appointment, you can pick your preferred playlist. Alternatively, you can simply opt for the house playlist that day.

Booking an appointment

All appointments must be booked online through our booking system. The system is always up-to-date with our availability, removes the likelihood of double-bookings and handles the deposit and payment process. We do not accept any bookings by text, phone or email.

Taking a deposit

Every OLMO Nail Studio appointment has a mandatory deposit. This is to secure your booking and protect our business from no-shows. This deposit will be deducted automatically from the total cost of your treatment upon completion.

Sometimes,
life happens

Don’t worry, if you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can do this yourself through our booking system, or you can get in touch. However, please provide at least 24 hours of notice.

Cancellations & no-shows

If you do not attend your appointment, or you cancel your treatment within 24 hours of your booking, you will not be charged for your full treatment, but your deposit will be kept.

Your details are in safe hands

All payments are securely processed by Stripe - one of the largest, most-secure payment processors, powering some of the world’s biggest brands. OLMO Nail Studio do not have access to any bank details.

Removing existing product

For insurance purposes, we will not remove any product applied by another nail technician. However, if you have existing product applied by OLMO Nail Studio, then simply add a removal when booking your appointment.

Arriving to your appointment

When you arrive, please text the studio on +44 7944 738683 to let us know you are here and we will let you know when it’s suitable to come in. Please do not park in the driveway and use the on-street parking bay opposite the house instead.

The OLMO Waiver

When you book your first OLMO Nail Studio appointment, you will be asked to complete our pre-appointment insurance waiver to acknowledge that you do not suffer from any allergies, conditions or ailments that may result in unintentional harm as a result of a treatment.

Adults only & no spectators

For insurances purposes, OLMO Nail Studio will not apply any treatment to anyone under the age of 16 years old, even with parent/guardian approval or supervision.

We kindly ask that you do not bring any pets, children, friends or family members with you to your appointment.

Squeaky clean as standard

At OLMO Nail Studio, we take pride in our hygiene standards. As such, all tools are disinfected between every appointment and fully sterilised at the end of each day.
